DO NOT INCLUDE MEDICAL FORMS FOR REGISTRATION, THEY ARE NOT REQUIRED FOR REGIONALS.
Please pre-register all teams (that you think you will bring) in the pre-registration phase as soon as the registration system opens. Press the submit button for each team. Only coaches may register teams.
Please include t-shirt sizes as we place the order for t-shirts the second week of December. Extras will be ordered, so if you have team member changes, we can accommodate them. Update the name/t-shirt changes in the system as soon as you are aware of team member changes.
Official team approvals within the system will be made as soon as the registration system allows. Dates below:
Eligible first registered teams will be approved to participate after December 4, 2023.
Eligible second registered teams will be approved to participate after December 18, 2023.
Beginning 3 weeks prior to the regional event and space permitting, third registered teams will be approved to participate. (You will have confirmation sooner than this via email from BPA staff)
Please note that as a coach you should choose delegates (you will see this prompt while registering your team) for your student forms. This prompts the parents or guardians to upload the forms necessary. Parental Consent and Media Release forms are the only digital forms we require at the Regional Event. We have a BPA specific Code of Conduct form that we will email you after you register.
