Accelerator Test Facility is now stewarded by the Office of Accelerator R&D and Production. The Facility for Rare Isotope Beams (FRIB) was added to the list of Nuclear Physics facilities.
PDF FY 2021 October 1, 2021
Posted retroactively to document changes in remote user counting practices necessitated by the COVID-19 pandemic for the Basic Energy Sciences user facilities. The Facility for Advanced Accelerator Experimental Tests (FACET) was upgraded and is now called the Facility for Advanced Accelerator Experimental Tests II (FACET-II). This change is effective as of the start of FY 2020.
PDF FY 2020 May 18, 2020 Clarifications and updates were made for the Environmental Molecular Sciences Laboratory (EMSL) user facility 
PDF FY 2019 November 15, 2019  The High Energy Physics Accelerator Test Facility (ATF) was added to the list of Office of Science user facilities, and the Fusion Energy Sciences facility Alcator C-Mod was removed. Several user facilities also have added clarifications for remote and data users.
PDF FY 2015 October 1, 2014 The three Basic Energy Sciences Electron Beam  Microcharacterization Centers at ANL, LBNL, and ORNL were administratively merged with their respective neighboring Nanoscale Science Research Centers.
