Dr. Andi Webb, NBCT is currently a professional learning specialist working in Arlington Public Schools. From North Carolina, Dr. Webb taught and served as an instructional coach over the course of 22 years. Dr. Webb earned her Bachelor of Arts from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington while double majoring in elementary education and English. She earned her Master's Degree in Education with a focus on K-8 science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and her Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership from East Carolina University. Dr. Webb’s honors include being selected as the 2012 North Carolina Elementary Social Studies Teacher of the Year, a Fulbright Distinguished Awards in Teaching Program in Singapore, NEA Global Learning Fellow, Fund for Teachers grant recipient, and a Career Award for Science and Mathematics Teachers recipient through Burroughs Wellcome Fund. Dr. Webb is a member of the North Carolina Science Leadership Association, a National Geographic Certified Educator, a NOAA Teacher at Sea alumna, and an Earthwatch fellow. She is also a North Carolina Certified Environmental Educator. She has published a blog that shares over 400 various grants, fellowships, and conferences that she has presented through the U.S. Department of State.

Dr. Webb was a recipient of the Presidential Awards for Excellence in Mathematics and Science Teaching in 2020 for the state of North Carolina in the area of science. Dr. Webb has a love of international education and that area of interest has taken her to all 7 continents to learn about the world around us.
