Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory is managed and operated by The Regents of the University of California under prime contract number DE- AC02-05CH11231. This is a cost-reimbursement Management & Operating performance-based contract with special performance fee and award term provisions. As of 2023, the Contractor has earned all award term years towards the current contract. The contract period of performance is April 19, 2005 – May 31, 2030.
