Informational Meeting Registration

A virtual Informational Meeting will be held on May 14, 2025. Registration is required for attendance. The deadline for registration is May 6, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time. To register, submit an email with the following information to TJNAFcompetition@science.doe.gov. The subject line of the email should read, “Informational Meeting – Registration”.

  1. Organization Name
  2. Organization Address
  3. List of Attendee(s) – multiple individuals from the same organization can register in the same email. The list must include the name and email address of each attendee.
  4. Email Address
  5. DOE intends to post the list of attendee organizations on the competition website. Indicate whether or not you agree to the posting of your organization and point of contact (identified above) on the list. Your organization will not be listed unless you furnish your agreement.

Additional information will be provided to all registrants after the registration deadline. This information will be provided utilizing the list of names and email addresses received in response to item 4 above.
