To provide applicants with additional time to develop solutions to the opportunities presented in the topic descriptions, the SBIR/STTR office has posted the 2012 Phase I (Release 2) Topics at this link. You may directly contact the program managers listed following the topic descriptions before the Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA) is posted November 28, 2011. After that date, you will be required to use FedConnect to communicate your questions about individual topics.
