Recovery Act - Hybrid Electrical And Thermal Energy System
This project will develop a new Hybrid Electrical And Thermal Energy (HEATE) system. By combining holographic concentrating solar PV cells and thermoelectric generator technology, highly efficient and costeffective electric power can be supplied, together with the cogeneration of heat (< 5 ¢/kWhr).
