52. Why is a Deputy Site Office Manager review even necessary with Site Office reviews done during development of the revisions and coordination with the Implementation Lead who is responsible for coordinating MS revisions with all the Science Site Offices?

Most often the Implementation Leads coordinate reviews and have interactions with their Site Office Subject Matter Experts when the development or revisions are happening with each Management System. The Deputy Site Office Manager (DSOM) review is done uniformly from one lead to all of the DSOMs at the same time. This is so the review can bring a more consolidated viewpoint from the DSOM level of management who would be more aware of how the changes could affect management decisions rather than how the changes could affect only topical, subject, or functional aspects of the changes and the implementation or regulation-led influence and requirements.
